Two PhD positions are available in the field of Natural Water Retention Measures (NWRM) as part of the Environment Protection Agency (Ireland) - funded project SloWaters: a Strategic LOok at natural WAter reTention mEasuReS.
- One (3.5yr) PhD, based in the Department of Geography, Trinity College Dublin, will study the hydrological impacts of Natural Water Retention Measures.
- The second (3yr) PhD, based in the School of Biological, Earth and Environmental Sciences, University College Cork, will the study the effects of NWRM on biological and chemical water quality.
